I’m Alexandra Feliciano, a bilingual Human Resources and Talent Development Consultant with over 14 years of experience in the manufacturing industry.  As the CEO of AF HR Solutions, I’m passionate about helping companies enhance their internal culture, drive revenue, and achieve sustainable growth. My journey has taken me from Puerto Rico to the United States, where I’ve had the privilege of working with Fortune 500 companies like General Electric and The Hershey Company.

My Journey

Being bilingual in Spanish and English has been instrumental in my career, allowing me to bridge gaps and advocate for Diversity and Inclusion on a broader scale. I take pride in developing and implementing innovative training programs that not only boost employee engagement but also significantly improve retention rates. For me, it’s all about nurturing and retaining talent, ensuring that every team member feels valued and empowered to contribute to their fullest potential.

I hold a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources and a master’s degree in Operations Management, which have equipped me with the knowledge and skills to navigate the complexities of diverse teams. As a proud Latina, I’m deeply committed to empowering Hispanic employees and supporting their professional development, recognizing the unique challenges and opportunities within multicultural work environments.

Beyond my consulting work, I’m honored to serve as the Secretary of the Board for the Amigo Community Center of the Mid-South and actively participate in the Mid-South Latino Chamber of Commerce. I’m also a certified LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® Facilitator and have been a dedicated member of the Society for Human Resource Management since 2004.

Since 2020, I’ve called Olive Branch, Mississippi, home. When I’m not immersed in my work, you’ll find me spending quality time with my family, savoring a good cup of coffee, or exploring nature and different cultures.
