I'm Alexandra Feliciano, a bilingual Human Resources and Leadership Development consultant with over 14 years of experience in the manufacturing industry.

As the founder of AF HR Solutions, I'm passionate about helping leaders create space to align their teams, strengthen leadership, and drive real results. My journey has taken me from Puerto Rico to the United States, where I've had the privilege of working with Fortune 500 companies like General Electric and The Hershey Company.

My Journey

Being bilingual in Spanish and English has been instrumental in my career, allowing me to bridge gaps and advocate for diversity and inclusion on a broader scale. I take pride in creating experiences and programs that boost engagement, strengthen leadership, and improve retention. For me, it's all about nurturing talent and making sure every team member feels valued, heard, and empowered to contribute their best.

I hold a bachelor's degree in Human Resources and a master's degree in Operations Management, which have equipped me to navigate the complexities of diverse teams. As a proud Latina, I'm deeply committed to empowering Hispanic professionals and supporting their growth, recognizing the unique challenges and opportunities within multicultural workplaces.

I'm a certified LEGO® Serious Play® and DISC Flow® facilitator, a member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) since 2004, and a Maxwell Leadership Certified Member.
